Executive Search Consultant Ron Richards has 20 years of experience working as a senior management professional in both Public Accounting and Corporate Finance. After receiving a Master of Accountancy degree from Brigham Young University, Ron worked 5 years as a Senior Auditor with Arthur Andersen. He then worked for 15 years with John Labatt Foods, Sargento Foods, and Anchor Food Products. In 2001, he joined Colorado-based Woodmoor Group as Sr. Vice President, where he earned a reputation as a top-tier Senior Executive Search Advisor. Ron follows a simple mantra: Be responsive, be professional and deliver above expectations. Ron is married with 6 children and 15 grandchildren and is currently based out of Northeast Wisconsin.

We carefully identify all critical candidate
requirements and then directly recruit candidates who match that defined profile. We have a strong history and reputation of filling positions quickly and with outstanding, well-qualified candidates. We follow the mantra: be responsive, be professional and deliver above expectations.
After paying a small initial retainer, you don’t pay any more until we complete the search to your satisfaction. Compare this to the national retained firms that bill you 100% of their fee within 60 days of starting the search, even if they fail to present a single candidate.
A specialized option for your convenience to try our services without any long-term commitment. We request a period of exclusivity, normally 45 to 60 days, before engaging other recruiting firms on the same search.
If a candidate that we have placed with your company leaves voluntarily or is terminated within the guarantee period, we will replace that individual in the same position at no extra cost. Up-front retainers are guaranteed to be applied to a completed
retained search.
